The College of Humanities consists of Department of Humanities, Department
of Social Sciences, and Department of Communication Studies. Students here
are trained to become talented experts, who are able to deal with various
problems arising in the human society in the age of fluidity, and adapt themselves
smoothly to the rapidly progressing internationalization, the development
of information-orientated society, and the resulting requests from the local
community. They are also trained to possess practical communication skills,
a perceptive cosmopolitan outlook, and a high-quality ability in information
analysis.
We aim to provide expert education in the fields of humanities, social sciences,
and communication studies. At the same time, we aim to nurture widely and
deeply the cultivated minds and comprehensive judgements, for our students
to gain rich personalities.
