Shien Hall
The Shien Hall is used as a place for exchanges between students, or between teaching staff, in order to develop activities organized by students, and other extracurricular activities. Normally, various events such as meetings for students, meeting for teaching staff, and club activities are held in this facility.

Lounge - A place for rest and relaxation freely used by students and staff. There are TV, newspapers, and magazines in this area.
Meeting Room - A quiet and comfortable meeting room, which can accommodate about 20 people.

Assembly Rooms 1-6 - Utilized for training sessions, meetings, and club activities of about 20-30 people.
Assembly Rooms 7-9 - Utilized for academic meetings, training sessions, and meetings of about 40 people. The 3 rooms can be put together into one, in which case about 120 people can be accommodated. They are suitable for public and private lectures / academic meetings as the PA system and shading curtains are facilitated.
Japanese Room - It is divided into an 8-mat room and a 6-mat room, with a small kitchen facility for the tea ceremony. It can be used for various events such as the tea ceremony, the Japanese flower arrangement, and traditional Japanese music sessions.
